It makes sense that before you trust us with your Real Estate needs you will probably want to know a little about us.

Both Marilyn and I started in Washington Real Estate back in the 70's (yes I said 70's!) and have been in the industry full time ever since.  We both worked in the mortgage industry during that time as well.

At the beginning of 2008 the "Short Sale" and "Foreclosure" business became our focus.

Many homeowners would like to sell their home rather than face a FORECLOSURE. There is a huge amount of misinformation circulating around the real estate industry about the options available to you if you are behind in payments. 

It seems everyone out there can modify your loan, keep you in your house or save you from foreclosure. Too bad this is mostly hype.  

You can decide for yourself if a short sale is a viable option. If it is, we will do everything in out power to help you reach that goal.   We believe this is the very reason we have been so successful in closing the high percentage of sales that we do. 

We only present one buyer to the lender. That is the one who can and will purchase the home.  The real secret behind our success is that we personally do the negotiating with the lender!  Many so called short sale experts outsource this, one of the primary elements of approval.
